It started with a single pot of broth and the belief that a good bowl of pho can fix most of a hard day. We still make it the same way — beef bones and aromatics, fresh ginger and spices, simmered slow while Bowie sleeps.

The portions never shrank either. The fried rice still runs over a pound, and the second kitchen opening in Laurel won't change a thing.
